Golden Years T.PLC operates an adult daycare center dedicated to helping older adults live with dignity while remaining connected to family and community. We are not a residential facility—we provide professional daytime care in a homelike, structured environment where participants socialize, receive light health monitoring, and enjoy culturally appropriate meals. Our work is rooted in respect for Ethiopian traditions and the belief that aging should be met with compassion, not isolation.

Our Mission

Quality adult daycare depends on the right mix of leadership, clinical oversight, and hands-on caregivers. We staff intentionally to maintain safe ratios and responsive, person-centered care.
Provides overall oversight of operations, participant safety, family communication, regulatory compliance, and continuous program improvement. The director is your primary point of contact for enrollment questions and care planning.
Our direct-care staff support daily activities, personal care as needed, meal service, and participant engagement. Staffing levels follow participant needs and recommended ratios so no one is left waiting for assistance.
Available on a part-time or full-time basis depending on enrollment, our health professional conducts light monitoring—medication reminders, vital checks, and coordination with families and physicians when concerns arise.
Designs and leads social, recreational, and therapeutic programming tailored to participants’ abilities and interests—from music and gentle exercise to memory games and cultural celebrations.
